Skynet Coaching Inc. ("Skynet Coaching Inc.," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Data when you access or use www.evolveai.app, associated subdomains, the Skynet Coaching Inc. mobile application, and any related features, content, websites, pages, or applications we make available from time to time (collectively, the "Services").

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Data" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be associated with a particular individual, including information referred to as "personal information" or "personally identifiable information" under applicable privacy laws.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Terms of Use and any other applicable agreement between you and Skynet Coaching Inc. If a term used in this Privacy Policy is not defined here, it has the meaning given in the applicable Terms of Use.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, our data practices, or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, which may include posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website, notifying you through the Services, or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.

Transfers of Personal Data

The Services are hosted and operated in the United States through Skynet Coaching Inc. and our service providers. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate steps to provide adequate safeguards for international transfers of Personal Data.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete that information.

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of Personal Data:

  • Identifiers, such as your name, email address, account username, account ID, IP address, device identifiers, and similar identifiers.
  • Account and profile information, such as login credentials, profile details, preferences, and settings.
  • Commercial information, such as subscription details, purchase history, transaction records, and payment-related information processed through our payment providers.
  • Training and profile data, such as exercise, readiness, wellness, workout, performance, and related user-submitted training information necessary to provide the Services.
  • Internet or electronic network activity information, such as interactions with the Services, app events, crash data, diagnostics, and log information.
  • Communications information, such as support requests, messages, and feedback you send to us.
  • Approximate location information, such as location inferred from IP address or device settings, if needed for service operation, localization, fraud prevention, or security.

We do not collect categories of Personal Data beyond what is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Automatically Collect When You Use the Services

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and interactions with the Services, including device type, operating system, app version, browser type, pages or screens viewed, actions taken within the Services, crash reports, diagnostics, and similar usage information.

We collect this information to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.

Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Tracking

Skynet Coaching Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.

For our website and web-based Services, we may use:

  • Essential cookies, which are necessary for core functionality such as authentication, account access, security, and payment processing.
  • Functionality cookies, which help remember settings and preferences.
  • Performance and analytics technologies, which help us understand how users interact with the Services so that we can maintain, troubleshoot, and improve them.

For our mobile app, we may use SDKs, device identifiers, local storage, and similar technologies to support app functionality, account authentication, crash reporting, diagnostics, subscription management, and analytics related to use of the app.

We do not use cookies or similar technologies for cross-app or cross-website behavioral advertising. We do not use data collected through the Services to track you across third-party apps, websites, or services for targeted advertising purposes.

You can control browser cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, some portions of the Services may not function properly.

How We Use Your Personal Data

We process Personal Data to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services. We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • to store and sync training, profile, subscription, and account-related information;

  • to process payments, subscriptions, renewals, and related transactions;

  • to perform analytics related to the operation and improvement of the Services;

If you provide your email address or other contact information, we may use it to communicate with you about your account, subscription, support requests, and other service-related matters. Where permitted by law, we may also send you promotional or marketing communications, and you may opt out of those communications using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the message or by contacting us at support@evolveai.app.

We do not use Personal Data collected through the Services for cross-context behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking.

We will not collect additional categories of Personal Data or use the Personal Data we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing notice where required by law.

How We Share Your Personal Data

We do not sell your Personal Data.

We may disclose Personal Data to service providers and contractors that help us operate the Services for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • communications data, such as messages sent to support.

We do not sell Personal Data.

More Information Regarding Service Providers

We use third-party companies and individuals to help us provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services. These providers may process Personal Data on our behalf only for the purposes authorized by us and subject to appropriate contractual or legal restrictions.

For example, service providers may help us:

  • host data and maintain infrastructure;
  • process payments and subscriptions;
  • authenticate users;
  • provide analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and technical support;

Skynet Coaching Inc. does not sell Personal Data and does not share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Nevada Resident Rights

If you are a Nevada resident, you may have the right to opt out of the sale of certain covered information under Nevada law. Privacy Notice for EU, UK, and EEA Residents

For this section, the terms "Personal Data" and "processing" have the meanings given under applicable European data protection law. Skynet Coaching Inc. is the controller of Personal Data processed in connection with the Services, except where we process Personal Data on behalf of another party acting as controller.

Readiness/Wellness Data

Readiness/Wellness Data means information collected through the Skynet Coaching Inc. mobile application and related Services concerning training readiness, recovery, workout inputs, wellness responses, and related performance or exercise information that you choose to provide.
